Last updated 25 September 2026. By creating an account or using ACADEMe you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. Who can use ACADEMe

ACADEMe is for school students, mainly in Class 6 to 12. If you are under 18, you may use ACADEMe only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of the app and any purchases.

2. Your account

Give your real name and an email address you can reach. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account. Tell us at support@academe.cc if you think someone else has used it.

3. Pebby and other AI features

Pebby's answers, the marks from Check my answer and lessons made from your notes are generated by AI. They are a study aid, not an official answer key, and they can be wrong. Check anything important with your textbook or teacher. Report any answer that is wrong, harmful or offensive with the Report button under it.

4. Using ACADEMe fairly

Don't use ACADEMe to cheat in an exam or test that doesn't allow help, to create harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content, to harass anyone, to break the law, or to attack, overload or copy the service. Don't upload photos of other people or of documents you don't have the right to use. We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

Your notes, to-dos, questions and scans stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run ACADEMe for you, as described in the privacy policy.

6. ACADEMe Pro

ACADEMe is free to use with daily limits on some AI features. ACADEMe Pro is an optional subscription bought through Google Play. The price, billing period and any introductory offer are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. If you delete your ACADEMe account, cancel the subscription in Google Play too, or it will keep renewing.

7. Our content

The lessons, questions, Pebby, the app and its design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own study. Don't copy, sell or redistribute them.

8. Changes and availability

We keep improving ACADEMe, so features may change. We try to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app first.

9. Liability

ACADEMe is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for results in exams or marks based on AI answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (Me > Account > Delete my account, or academe.cc/delete-account). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [[FILL: city]] have jurisdiction. Please contact our Grievance Officer first (see support); most problems are solved quickly that way.
